ERRA and Sharjah Family Development Foundation Explore Cooperation to Promote Intellectual Property Awareness
The Emirates Reprographic Rights Management Association (ERRA) held a meeting with the Sharjah Family Development Foundation to explore opportunities for collaboration on awareness initiatives aimed at promoting respect for copyright and intellectual property across different segments of society.
The meeting focused on developing joint programs and activities designed to raise awareness of the importance of protecting creativity and fostering a culture of respect for intellectual property rights, while encouraging responsible use of protected works.
Both parties also emphasized the importance of institutional collaboration in building a knowledge-based society that nurtures innovation and creativity, in line with the United Arab Emirates’ vision of strengthening intellectual property culture as a fundamental pillar of sustainable cultural and economic development.
